As a small, family-owned business, we love working with schools to create custom yard signs for their promotions and graduations — and we make the process easy for PTOs.

Two Easy Ways to Run a Yard Sign Program

1️⃣ Parents Pay Directly

Get a custom ordering link just for your school.

Parents place and pay for orders directly, and we ship all signs to the school for distribution.

We charge a base price per sign then PTOs may add a fundraiser amount.

Plus, for every 24 signs ordered, we donate an additional $20 to your tax-exempt organization

2️⃣ PTO Bulk Order

Raise Up to 40% More!

The PTO collects money from parents then submits a list of names, and we invoice the PTO directly.

Bulk pricing discounts:

  • 25+ signs: 8% OFF
  • 37+ signs: 23% OFF
  • 73+ signs: 33% OFF
  • 120+ signs: 40% OFF

Plus, you can ask a local business to sponsor your signs to help further reduce PTO costs.

What’s the turnaround time on our school yard sign order?

Once the program is green lit, we will open up the online store within 2-3 business days then keep the store open until the agreed upon order deadline.

After the order deadline, we will print the yard signs and deliver them to your school within 5-7 business days.

What material are your yard signs?

Our yard signs are printed on weather-resistant 4mm corrugated plastic.

Can you design our yard signs?

Yes, we offer custom yard sign design services and have a variety of templates you can choose from for your fundraiser. Each fundraiser can choose to have up to 2 yard sign designs (one with and one without a photo).

Can we use the yard sign program as a fundraiser?

Yes, of course! We can set up a store link for you (for example, locobanners.com/your-school), collect personalization details and payments, and deliver the signs in bulk to your school. We will charge a flat rate per sign, then you, as the school organizer, can decide how much to mark up the signs for your fundraiser.

Is there a minimum quantity?

There is no minimum quantity for normal yard sign orders.

However, in order to use the yard sign program as a fundraiser, your organization will need to order 12+ yard signs for each order deadline we set. If you sell less than 12 signs during a predetermined order deadline, you will not receive a fundraiser check for those specific orders.

Do you offer quantity discounts for school yard sign orders?

Yes! If you choose the PTO Bulk Order option, we offer bulk discounts:

  • 24+ signs: 20% OFF
  • 36+ signs: 27% OFF
  • 72+ signs: 33% OFF
  • 120+ signs: 50% OFF
Do the yard signs come with wire stakes?

Yes, we will include wire H-stakes with your yard signs, unless you indicate that you don’t want them.
