What are the photo requirements?
- Lighting: Make sure there’s lots of light. Outside photos work best.
- Background: Take your photos on your field or in front of a light-colored wall. Take all senior photos together at the same place at the same time so that they all look similar.
- Framing: Photos should be from about knees up to fit best on the banners. Leave blank space on the sides and top.
- Sizing: For resolution, your photos will need to be at least 2,400 pixels wide and 3,600 pixels tall.
- Naming: The filename for each photo should be the student’s number (if applicable) and name; for example, 42 Firstname Lastname.png.
- Format: PNG, JPEG, and HEIC file formats are all acceptable.
Does LoCoBanners take the photos?
Professional or smartphone photos will both work!
We do offer professional photography services in the Northern Virginia area.
Do the banners come with grommets?
Yes, our banners come standard with hems and grommets in all four corners of the banner. If you’d prefer not to have grommets or you’d like pole pockets, please let us know.
What’s the turnaround on senior banners?
Once banners are approved and paid for, they’ll be ready for free porch pickup in Leesburg or shipped to you or your school in 3-5 business days.
Can you design our banners?
Yes, we offer custom banner design services and those prices will be worked into your quote. If you provide print ready artwork, we will waive all artwork fees.
What sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes for senior banners are typically 24″x36″, 24″x48″, or 32″x48″ for banners and 24″x18″ for yard signs, however, we can print banners and yard signs at just about every size imaginable!
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes! The more banners you need printed, the better your price!
